• The editing process will not be started until all payment is received.

• I aim to provide accurate editing timelines for your photos. While I strive to meet these deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Your understanding and flexibility are appreciated in such situations.

• Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

• If there is inclement weather on the day of a scheduled session (unless it is a wedding or elopement), we will err on the side of caution and reschedule. If there is no flexibility, provisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

• All galleries are final - touch-ups are not a guarantee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Unless otherwise stated, online galleries will be available for no longer than one year of original shoot date.

• Under no circumstances will RAW or unedited photos be given to clients.

• We retain the copyright to all photos we produce, but we grant each client permission to post and print delivered photos without altering them in any shape, form, or fashion.

• We are a fully-insured limited liability corporation and are able to give proof of insurance when requested by other vendors if deemed necessary.
