The editing process will not be started until all payment is received.

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

If there is inclement weather on the day of a scheduled session (unless it is a wedding or elopement), we will err on the side of caution and reschedule. If there is no flexibility, provisions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

All galleries are final - touch-ups are not a guarantee and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise stated, online galleries will be available for no longer than one year of original shoot date.

Under no circumstances will RAW or unedited photos be given to clients.

We retain the copyright to all photos we produce, but we grant each client permission to post and print delivered photos without altering them in any shape, form, or fashion.

We are a fully-insured limited liability corporation and are able to give proof of insurance when requested by other vendors if deemed necessary.
